Shipping Time
Products purchased on Kickstarter will enter mass production in May and be delivered to each backer by the end of June. Tracking numbers will be sent via email once the shipments are dispatched.
The shipping timeline for future sales on the official website is still being finalized.
To make sure your package reaches you without a hitch and within our specified delivery time frames, please ensure that your address is entered accurately, including all necessary details. Using the right abbreviations, providing correct street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and including route information (if applicable) is vital for a timely delivery. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is inaccurate or entered incorrectly during the purchase process.
Shipping Destinations
OptiSolex currently offers worldwide shipping, so you don’t have to worry about your location. Simply provide us with your accurate address after placing your order, and we’ll ensure a seamless delivery, bringing OptiSolex right to your doorstep.
Estimated Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
The shipping fees for the crowdfunding campaign will follow the listed on the Kickstarter campaign page. The shipping policy for the official website is still being finalized and will be displayed on the website in the future
Please note that tax policies may differ across various regions. Customs or taxes based on local policies may be applicable in other countries. Customers are responsible for all costs incurred during or after shipping, including cross-border duties, taxes, and other related charges.

Due to policies in certain countries or regions, packages sent to these locations require separate customs clearance. If you are located in any of the following countries or regions, you may need to pay additional taxes or fees. We will contact you for confirmation before shipping.
Return Charging
For returns or exchanges not caused by product quality issues, you will be responsible for the return logistics costs.
Important Information

If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address, resulting in the product being returned by the carrier, and if customers issue a return, customers will be responsible for covering double the return shipping costs: the initial return due to the undeliverable address, and the costs for the non-quality-related return.

The estimated delivery times mentioned in the table Shipping Costs & Delivery Times are provided by the carrier. During the shipping period, various uncontrollable factors may cause the actual delivery time to be longer than the estimated delivery times stated in the table (Earthquakes, strikes, tsunamis, tornadoes, etc.). OptiSolex is not responsible for any consequences arising from this.
Delivery Claims
We recommend that you personally sign for the package upon delivery and inspect it immediately. If you notice any visible damage during the delivery process, please document it and contact us promptly. To ensure a smooth resolution for any potential claims, we strongly encourage you to record a video of the entire unboxing and inspection process as proof.
In the event of a non-delivery or if your tracking information indicates that the carrier delivered the package but you haven't received it, kindly reach out to us within 10 days to initiate a claim.
Contact our support team at support@optisolex.com, and we'll guide you through the claims process, collaborating with the carrier on your behalf. Please be aware that the claims resolution may take up to 60 days, depending on the shipping carrier utilized.
