1.Shipping
For the United States 
Pre-sale Phase(July 8st ) :
For pre-orders of OptiSolex in the United States, delivery begins after August 1st, with an estimated arrival time of 2-7 business days after the products arrive at the U.S. warehouse.

Notice:For orders that include a single solar panel, shipments will begin on August 1st.The estimated start date for local shipping of the  SolexBrick S1 is September 1st.If you buy a Kit,  SolexBrick S1 in the Kit will also follow this timeline.

In-stock Phase(start from July 30th) :
After fulfilling all pre-sale orders, orders placed after August 1st will be shipped within 2-3 business days.
Estimated delivery time to U.S. addresses: 2-7 business days after shipment.

2.Costs& Destinations
Thanks for shopping with optisolex.com International shipping might experience delay due to natural disasters or bad weather. to keep track of your order, contact support@optisoelx.com so we can provide you the order's tracking number.
To ensure your package is delivered smoothly within our designated delivery timeframe, please make sure to enter your address accurately, including all necessary details. It is essential to use correct abbreviations and provide the correct street number, building, or apartment number for timely delivery.
Please note that if the provided address information is inaccurate or entered incorrectly during the purchase process, we cannot be held responsible for any lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered goods.

3.Order Processing Time
It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.
Generally, orders are shipped within 2-3 working days of order confirmation/payment. Orders made on the weekends might experience delay.
Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

4.Shipping courier
Normally we use the following express delivery: FedEx / UPS / Canpar / Purolator / DHL /DPD / Local Post Service /SF Express.

5.Tracking 
You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours)
Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.
If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us support@optisolex.com and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.

6.Exceeded Delivery Time
Shipping may be subject to delays due to carrier delays, adverse weather conditions, supply constraints, high shipment volumes, or labor shortages. If your order is delayed, please contact us via email support@optisoelx.com and we will verify the situation with the shipping company in time. Thank you for your understanding and support.

7.Order Cancellations and Changes
Before Shipping:
Order Cancellation / Change of Address: NO charge
After Shipping:
Please note! We cannot modify, block or cancel orders that have already been shipped. If you refuse delivery and the order is returned to our facility, we will treat it as a return. In this case we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method and we will deduct shipping costs if included, so please confirm the shipping address before placing your order.

8.Abput Tax 
In seldom cases, orders may be charged the customs fees by your government, not our site, you will be responsible for the charges. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or any other. Contact your local customs office for more information about customs fees, duties, and taxes.

9.Important Information
If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address, resulting in the product being returned by the carrier, and if customers issue a return, customers will be responsible for covering double the return shipping costs: the initial return due to the undeliverable address, and the costs for the non-quality-related return.
We don’t accept PO.BOX as delivery address, please DO NOT fill in an PO.BOX address.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email containing tracking details for your convenience.
The estimated delivery times mentioned in the table Shipping Costs & Delivery Times are provided by the carrier. During the shipping period, various uncontrollable factors may cause the actual delivery time to be longer than the estimated delivery times stated in the table (Earthquakes, strikes, tsunamis, tornadoes, etc.). OptiSolex is not responsible for any consequences arising from this.

10.Delivery Claims
We recommend that you personally sign for the package upon delivery and inspect it immediately. If you notice any visible damage during the delivery process, please document it and contact us promptly. To ensure a smooth resolution for any potential claims, we strongly encourage you to record a video of the entire unboxing and inspection process as proof.
In the event of a non-delivery or if your tracking information indicates that the carrier delivered the package but you haven't received it, kindly reach out to us within 10 days to initiate a claim.
